1. About This Application

SEO Automatisation is a private SEO reporting tool used by authorized administrators of Latica Lodge, Cirque Carpe Diem, and Services d'arbres ARBOIS.

The application helps monitor website performance through Google Search Console and organizes reports in Google Sheets.

2. Information We Access

With authorization from the relevant Google account, the application may access:

• Website search queries, clicks, impressions, click-through rates and average search positions.

• Search performance by page, country and device.

• Website indexing and URL inspection information.

The application may also process the technical account information necessary to manage authorization.

3. How We Use Information

The information is used exclusively for internal SEO analysis, website optimization, reporting and performance monitoring.

Search Console information is collected through Google's authorized APIs and stored in access-controlled Google Sheets.

4. Data Sharing and Security

Access to collected information is restricted to authorized business administrators and the Google services used to operate the reporting system.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for third-party advertising.

5. Data Retention

Information is retained as needed for internal reporting and historical performance analysis. Authorized administrators can remove stored reporting data when it is no longer required.

6. Revoking Access

Google account owners can revoke the application's access at any time through their Google Account security settings under third-party connections.

Revoking access stops future authorized data collection but does not automatically delete historical reports already stored in Google Sheets.
